Terms of Service

Marketing Mapped Out LLC · Effective September 19, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Marketing Mapped Out LLC (“Marketing Mapped Out,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our platform at marketingmappedout.com, the application at app.marketingmappedout.com, and our related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

2. What the Service Is

Marketing Mapped Out is a subscription platform that guides you through a sequence of steps, called Builds, to produce your own marketing decisions and documents. The Service asks you questions, records your answers, and assembles them into documents you can read, edit, and export.

The Service is for use in running a business. By using it, you confirm that you are using it for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

The Service provides tools and guidance, not professional advice. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your business and for seeking qualified professional advice where you need it.

We do not promise any particular business result. Outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your effort, and factors outside our control and yours.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in details secure. Accounts are for one person. Please do not share your sign-in details or let others use your account.

If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us at hello@marketingmappedout.com.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription at 79 US dollars per month, plus any applicable sales tax. Prices are shown before you buy, and tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method 79 US dollars plus tax each month, on the same day of the month as your first payment, until you cancel. We do not store your card details. Stripe holds them under its own terms.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. Section 12 explains what happens to your content after that.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.

Price changes. We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep what you have already made, we do not offer refunds for partial months or for time you did not use.

If something has gone wrong, write to us at hello@marketingmappedout.com. We would rather hear about it and put it right.

6. What You Own, and What We Own

Your content is yours. The answers you write, the decisions you make, and the documents the Service assembles from them belong to you. We claim no ownership of them. You can export them to your own Google Drive at any time, and what you have exported stays yours whether or not you remain subscribed.

Output produced with AI help. Wording that the Service’s AI features suggest or assemble for you is treated the same way as the rest of your content. To the extent we hold any rights in that output, we assign them to you. Because AI features generate text from patterns, other users may receive similar wording, and we cannot promise that any output is unique or that it qualifies for copyright protection.

You grant us a limited permission to store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies held in routine backups for the limited period described in Section 12.

The Service itself is ours. The platform, its questions, its sequence, its software, its design, and the Marketing Mapped Out name and marks belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription gives you permission to use the Service. It does not transfer ownership of it.

You may use the documents you produce for your own business, including commercially, without further permission from us.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Service, you give us permission to use them for any purpose, without restriction and without payment to you. Your own business content is not feedback, and this section gives us no rights in it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, or offer it to others as your own
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce the platform’s questions, sequence, or written material for a competing product
  • Share one account between multiple people or businesses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service, including by automated scraping or by overloading it
  • Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload
  • Use the Service to produce material that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

9. Google Drive and Other Third-Party Services

The Service works with third parties, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email, and Google Drive for export. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

If you link your Google Drive, we request only the permission needed to create and manage the files the Service saves on your behalf. We cannot see or reach any other file in your Drive. You can unlink at any time from your account page or from your Google account settings. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts and omissions.

10. AI-Assisted Features

Parts of the Service, including Compass, use artificial intelligence to read your answers back to you, suggest wording, and help assemble your documents. These features can be wrong. They can produce text that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Review anything the Service produces before you rely on it or publish it. You remain responsible for what you use.

Where we process your content through a third-party AI provider to deliver these features, we do so only to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers are not permitted to use it to train theirs.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to interrupt it for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

The Service changes over time. We may add, alter, or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice where we can. Your ability to export your own content will not be removed while your subscription is active.

12. Your Content After Cancellation

When your paid access ends, you will have 30 days to sign in and export your content. During that period you can view and export, but not create or edit.

After those 30 days, we delete your content from our active systems within a further 30 days. Copies held in routine backups are removed as those backups are replaced, within 90 days.

Anything you have already exported to your own Google Drive or elsewhere is outside our systems and stays yours. If you want your content deleted sooner, write to us at hello@marketingmappedout.com.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any content it produces will be accurate or suitable for your business.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Mapped Out will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12 month period will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing Mapped Out and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Except where the law or a serious breach makes it impossible, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to export your content first.

Sections that by their nature should survive the end of this agreement will survive it, including any amounts you owe under Section 4, and Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, and 21.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree that the state courts located in Jefferson County, Washington, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please write to us at hello@marketingmappedout.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before it takes effect. Material changes apply from the later of that date or the start of your next billing period. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after it takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Changes that are not material, such as clarifications or updates required by law, take effect when posted.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or your account, without our written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including to an affiliate or as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets. If we do, we will notify you, and these Terms will continue to bind and benefit whoever takes our place.

20. Electronic Communications and Notices

You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and through the platform. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

We will send notices to the email address on your account, and a notice is given when we send it. Keep your email address current. You can send notices to us at hello@marketingmappedout.com.

21. General

(a) Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service, and they replace any earlier agreement on the same subject. If you subscribed under a specific offer, such as the Founding Circle, the terms of that offer shown at checkout also apply, and they control where they differ from these Terms.

(b) Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest extent allowed, and the rest of these Terms will stay in effect.

(c) No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

(d) Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at our providers, internet failures, natural disasters, or government action. This does not excuse payments you owe.

(e) Relationship. You and we are independent parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture.

(f) No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms are for the benefit of you and us only. No one else has rights under them.

(g) Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of any section.
